The mission statement of the ISDI states:

"The Inflammatory Skin Disease Institute (ISDI) is dedicated to promoting public awareness and understanding of inflammatory skin diseases through education, research, and patient advocacy."

One of the inflammatory skin diseases mentioned on the ISDI website is rosacea.

There is no indication that any research has been done by the ISDI directly on rosacea. The Form 990 for 2006 reveals that the ISDI received in donations $137,642 and expenses were $93,775. Part III shows how the funds were spent:
